DuoBack Balance® is a complete redevelopment of the  DuoBack® seating philosophy.  The vertically split and independently mounted back rest pads adapt perfectly to the anatomic differences in each person's back without placing pressure on the spinal vertebrae.

The balance mechanism leads to a slight torsion of the spine.  This soft rotation of the back provides an improved fluid flow for the invertebral discs, leading to noticeable relief when sitting.

The two back rest 'wings' adapt to any motions of the back, supporting it like a counterbalance.  In doing so, the DuoBack Balance® supports every movement of the upper part of the body.

The back rest pads are independently height adjustable of one another.  This combined with the independent depth adjustment of the back pads means that it is an ideal solution for back conditions such as Scoliosis as these dynamic movements will comfortably adapt and adjust to the shape of the back and any irregularities.
